All appointments are subject to a 24hr cancellation policy; bridal, group bookings & packages are subject to 48hrs unless specified otherwise. Last minute cancellations will be charged a $25 penalty! Failure to arrive for scheduled appointments without proper notice ("no shows") will result in being charged for the full cost of the service(s). Penalties will be charged to your credit card on file or on your next visit. If a deposit was paid, it is non-refundable; depending on the circumstance, it may be applied to your next visit.*
